1. No Physical Products or Shipments
CR Ranganathan School & College for the Hearing Impaired is a non-profit educational institution (NGO) that accepts donations only through its website.
We do not sell or ship any physical goods, products, or merchandise.
Therefore, no shipping or delivery is applicable to donations made through our platform.
2. Donation Acknowledgment
After a successful online donation via our payment gateway (Razorpay), donors will receive an instant confirmation email and/or SMS notification.
A digital receipt will also be sent to the donor’s registered email ID within a few minutes of the transaction.
If you do not receive a receipt within 24 hours, please contact us using the details below.
3. Tax Exemption Certificates (if applicable)
Donors who are eligible for a tax exemption certificate under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act will receive the certificate digitally via email within 7–10 working days of the donation.
No physical copy will be couriered unless specifically requested in writing.
